How It Works
The four-step dispatch flow — call, pin, dispatch, swap — with exact timing at each stage and what the tech does at your car.
Read the walkthroughEverything our dispatchers hear every day, in plain English. Real answers about dispatch times, what a spare swap actually costs, sidewall damage, no-spare situations, A/C recharges in Miami heat, payment, and what to do while you wait for the truck.
If yours isn't here, call 786-892-8110 — a real dispatcher in Miami-Dade answers, never a call tree.
Across most of Miami-Dade County, our average dispatch lands between 12 and 18 minutes from the moment you call — door, driveway, parking garage, or highway shoulder. The number you see in the live console is a real rolling average, not a marketing line.
What affects your wait:
If we can't make it in 25 minutes, the dispatcher will tell you on the phone before you book — no charge.
Pricing is one number per visit, no surprise add-ons. The base swap (your spare onto your rim) is $65 weekdays, $50 weekend mornings, $65 weekend nights. Plug repairs add +$10. The full price list lives on our pricing page.
For vehicles with no spare (a lot of 2018+ cars), we send a tech with a temporary donut and a $40 authorization hold — you can see that no-spare scenario in detail.
For A/C service: refresh is $89.99, rescue (full diagnosis + recharge) is $189.99, and our guarantee diagnostic is $69.99 — that fee is credited back if you go ahead with the repair. Freon top-ups beyond a half-pound add +$15.99.
Honest answer: usually no, and that's the same answer any reputable shop will give you. A sidewall blowout — the loud BAM you feel through the steering wheel on I-95 or the Palmetto — tears the structural cords inside the rubber. Industry safety rules say a sidewall cannot be plugged; a plug would hold air for a few miles and then fail under load.
What we do instead: swap your spare on the spot (if you have one), or send a temporary donut with a $40 hold if you don't. We can then refer you to a nearby tire retailer in our network for a same-day replacement — we share the spec (size, speed rating, OE brand) so you walk in ready to buy.
What we can plug: a clean puncture in the tread from a nail, screw, or piece of construction debris — most of those are fully repairable for the lifetime of the tire. Read more on our sidewall & puncture page.
This is the most common call we get, and it's the one we built our no-spare service around. About 40% of the cars on Miami-Dade roads today ship without a spare — most Teslas, a lot of newer BMWs and Cadillacs, many run-flat setups, and a chunk of compact SUVs.
The flow:
The donut is rated to 50 mph and 50 miles — get to a tire shop within that window and you're done. We'll text you the closest option on the way.
We use a hold-first, charge-after model. When you book (phone or online), we place a small authorization on your card — usually $40 — to confirm the dispatch slot. Nothing is charged yet.
On completion, the tech runs the card for the actual service total. The hold releases automatically (most banks in 1–3 business days; some same-day). If the truck is canceled before dispatch, the hold drops off with no charge.
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Cash App. No checks. The tech carries a printed receipt and can text a digital copy to your email. Tips are appreciated but never required — there's no preset prompt on the card reader.
Yes. Our A/C techs carry EPA Section 608 (refrigerant handling) and Section 609 (motor-vehicle A/C) certifications, and we keep the original certification documents in every truck. We only buy R-134a and R-1234yf from licensed reclaimers in Miami-Dade — no off-shore sealed cans, no reclaimed gas of unknown origin. The certification numbers and our reclaimer ID are on the A/C guarantee page.
If your vehicle takes R-1234yf (most 2017+ cars), the recovery machine we use is YF-rated and leak-checked annually. You'll see the refrigerant weight printed on your receipt — that's how you know we put in what we billed for.
Florida heat is brutal on A/C systems: a slow leak that you'd never notice in Boston will drain a condenser in eight months down here. Our A/C rescue includes a UV-dye leak trace and a 30-day workmanship guarantee.
Three rules, in order:

We dispatch tire service 5 PM to 12 AM every day and 5 AM to 12 AM on weekends. A/C service runs the same hours. Phones are answered 24/7 — after-hours calls roll to a Miami-Dade dispatcher who can usually still get a tech en route.
Major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve after 6 PM, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) we run a reduced schedule and the wait can stretch to 30–45 minutes because every truck in the county is busy. If you're stuck on Christmas morning, call us — we will not leave you on the side of US-1.
Live hours for the rest of the week are on the business info page and on the dispatch strip at the top of every page.
Nights and weekends are our main dispatch windows — see “What hours are you actually open?” above for tonight’s exact window. And if you’re stuck outside those hours, call anyway: phones are answered 24/7, and the Miami-Dade dispatcher can usually still get a tech en route.
Our home turf is the highway corridors — I-95, the Palmetto (826), the Dolphin (836), and US-1 — plus Miami, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Miami Beach, Aventura, and Miami Gardens.
Yes. Our techs are certified under EPA Section 608 (universal) and Section 609 (MVAC) for refrigerant work, so we can do an on-the-spot A/C recharge while we’re there for your tire. A/C services start at $89.99.
Run-flat tires are the one exception — we don’t service those. But if your car simply shipped with a sealant kit and no spare, don’t activate the sealant yet — call us first. If the puncture is in the tread we can often plug it; once the can is used, the tire usually needs a shop.
