You call dispatch
Hit the number, tell us where you are and what's flat. No IVR maze — a real dispatcher picks up. Average pickup under 20 seconds during peak.
One honest service: a tech rolls to your location with a jack, swaps your flat for your spare, and you're back on the pavement. Average ETA 15 minutes across I-95, the Palmetto, the Dolphin, US-1, Aventura, Hialeah, and Miami Gardens. Weeknights 5PM–7AM, weekends 24 hours — if you’re stuck, we’re rolling.
One price. No surprises at the curb. Plug repair, no-spare, and weekend windows priced up front — what you see on the badge is what gets put on the hold. Time-aware, so the chip only moves when our calendar moves.
No app, no account, no waiting on hold. You call, we route a tech to your GPS pin.
Hit the number, tell us where you are and what's flat. No IVR maze — a real dispatcher picks up. Average pickup under 20 seconds during peak.
Text us your location, drop a pin on WhatsApp, or read a cross-street. We triangulate to the closest unit and confirm an ETA before we roll.
A van pulls up with a jack, a torque wrench, and a fresh hold receipt. We swap your flat for your spare, torque to spec, and you're back in motion.
Drive to your tire shop of choice on the spare at posted speed. We send a receipt to your phone and follow up the next day to make sure the swap held.
Four flat-tire scenarios, two A/C calls. If you don't see your situation, call — chances are we handle it. If we don't, we'll tell you straight and refer you to a shop.
Nail, screw, piece of rebar, a curb you didn't see — we pull the wheel, mount your spare, torque to spec, and you're back on the road. Most swaps land in 20 minutes on-site.
Blowout on I-95, the Palmetto, US-1, or the Dolphin? We send a tech in a high-vis vest with cones and a jack rated for the shoulder. Safety-first setup before any tool touches the wheel.
Donut missing or no spare at all? We come out, assess, and either get you plug-eligible or arrange a tow. (Run-flats: we don't service those — we'll say so and point you to a shop.) Full pricing in the no-spare scenario.
Puncture in the tread, not the sidewall? We plug it from the outside, reinflate to spec, and you drive off — no spare swap needed. Includes a follow-up pressure check the next day.
Miami humidity and a weak blower are a bad mix. We recover, vacuum, and recharge your system with R-134a or R-1234yf, check for leaks, and get the cabin cold again — usually within the hour.
Blower dead, compressor not kicking, weak at idle? We run a full diagnosis on-site: pressures, leak check, electrical, and clutch. If we can't fix it curbside, we tell you what the shop will quote.
Different highways, different debris patterns, different interchange geometry. We dispatch based on which corridor you're stuck on, not a generic city radius. Click your route for the breakdown.

Got a screw in my tire on the Palmetto near Bird Road. Called, dropped a pin, tech was at my shoulder in 14 minutes. He had the spare on, torqued it, and sent me on my way. Receipt to my phone before he left. That's the whole experience.
Blew a sidewall on 95 south near the 826 split. Half expected a two-hour wait. These guys were there in 11. Cone setup, swapped to my donut, even walked me to the next gas station so I knew where to air up. Legit operation.
Flat in the parking lot of Aventura Mall with my kid in the back. Dispatch picked up fast, tech showed up calm, had the spare on in under 25 minutes. He even checked my other three tires. Exactly what they said it would cost.
Whether it's 7 PM on a Tuesday in Kendall or 2 AM on a Sunday in Hialeah, the calendar shifts but the dispatch doesn't. Call and we route the closest unit to your location — typically inside 15 minutes.

The eight things drivers in Miami-Dade ask before they call. If yours isn't here, the dispatcher knows the answer.
Across Miami-Dade, our average dispatch time is about 15 minutes from the moment you confirm the pin. Highway corridors (I-95, 826, 836, US-1) tend to land closer to 12. Side streets in Hialeah Gardens, Miami Lakes, or cut-through neighborhoods in Kendall run closer to 18-20. We give you the live ETA before we roll, not a vague window.
For the standard $65 weekday flat swap, yes — that's the whole point of the service. If you don't have a spare (no donut, missing tire), we still come out and either plug the puncture or coordinate a tow to the nearest shop. (Run-flats are the one exception — we don't service those, and we'll say so upfront.) Pricing for no-spare scenarios is in the no-spare scenario page.
We dispatch to highway shoulders every shift. The tech arrives in a high-vis vest, sets cones, and works from the passenger side whenever the lane geometry allows. If FHP has closed the lane or the shoulder is too narrow to work safely, we'll coordinate a tow to the nearest off-ramp and meet you there. Read the highway blowout scenario for the full playbook.
The badge at the top of this page is the live dispatch price for a standard flat-tire swap on a weekday. Weekend AM is $50, weekend night is $65. Add-ons: plug repair +$10, no-spare scenarios $40. AC services start at $89.99. The full breakdown is on the pricing page — no invented tiers, no surprise fees at the curb.
Yes. We run hold-first: the card is authorized when you book, charged only when the tech arrives and the work is done. Tap, chip, swipe, Apple Pay, Google Pay — whatever's on your phone or in your wallet. You'll get a receipt by SMS or email before the van pulls away.
Weekdays 5 PM to 7 AM, and weekends 24 hours. The only windows we're closed are weekday daytime, 7 AM to 5 PM, and weekends. We dispatch in every Miami-Dade weather condition except an active tropical storm or hurricane warning — in which case we pause and resume as soon as conditions are safe.
Yes — fully licensed in the state of Florida, and every tech holds ASE T/TS certification. Every tech carries ID and a copy of their certification. We don't sub-contract out to random tow trucks; every unit on the road is ours.
For most cars, yes — we recover, vacuum, and recharge on-site with R-134a or R-1234yf, run a leak check, and verify vent temp. If the system has a major leak (compressor, condenser, evaporator), we'll diagnose it curbside and tell you straight what the shop will need to quote. A/C services are EPA 608/609 certified. See A/C refresh and A/C rescue.
